During the initial assessment, we identified key issues within the space. Counter areas were insufficient, movement between zones was restricted, and existing cabinetry did not maximise storage. The kitchen needed to be reworked to improve both function and flow.
The renovation approach prioritised efficiency. The layout was adjusted to create a more practical work triangle between the sink, cooktop, and preparation areas. Additional storage was integrated through custom cabinetry, allowing better organisation without overcrowding the space.
Material selection focused on durability and ease of maintenance. Surfaces were chosen to withstand daily use, while maintaining a clean and consistent finish. Cabinet finishes and hardware were kept simple to achieve a refined and timeless look.
